Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:To ensure that the monthly HRP (Human Resource Planning) of the assigned vertical is completed withindue TAT.To carry out the talent acquisition (recruitment) as per the pre-decided manpower requirementsTo deploy diverse channels to identify strong job candidates, and market them about our firmTo carry out the negotiation with the candidateTo ensure the release of offer letter within due TAT post verification of documentation and other duediligenceTo facilitate joining formalities of the candidate and provide the desired assistance at the time of joiningTo maintain the daily reports related to talent acquisitionTo maintain cordial relationship with the assigned Functional HeadsTo act as a SPOC for the assigned vertical and take care of the queries of candidatesAssist with ad-hoc projects within the Talent Excellence TeamTo perform other TA activities as assigned by the supervisorDesired Profile:MBA/PGDM in HR with relevant experience may applyA minimum of 1- 3 years of progressive experience as a RecruiterShould be familiar with Job Boards & Social Media RecruitmentStrong communication skills, both verbal and written along with a high degree of professionalismGood communication, presentation and negotiation skillsShould have a positive attitude and work well with teamsDynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starterAbility to work independentlyinterested candidate can contact throughemail id - hidden_emailcall on - hidden_mobile
