Thorough understanding of Enterprise Level Systems infrastructure Thorough understanding of Datacenter Operations Thorough understanding of network technologies Thorough understanding of industry standards and audit requirements Very strong skills in Activie Directory, DNS, DHCP, Certificate services Designs, develops, recommends and implements new or revised system software, utilities and automated processes as necessary. Evaluate and integrate new operating system versions, drivers and hardware Provide technical expertise for system transitions, migrations and consolidations Act as a subject matter expert in the design, architecture and deployment of new systems to keep the server environment stable and interruptions to a minimum in standalone and multi tiered environments. Proactively learn new technologies to resolve any problems involved in integrating the new technologies with current systems. Conduct project management activities for new system requirements on various projects for deployment of business functions on new servers. Transfer knowledge and provide leadership support to less experienced team members in the implementation of new hardware, operating systems and other required software on the systems. Perform Incident resolution, Problem Determination and Root Cause Analysis in accordance with Service Level Agreements. Implements appropriate levels of system security.
