Job Description

IntroductionAs Linux Admin, you are responsible to provide technical support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance.   • Extensively involved in IBM WebSphere Application server V7.0 installation, configuration and management.
  • Considerable initiative and discernment relative to problem determination / resolution and telephone etiquette.
  • Your ability to interpret documentation and craft handbook and maintain technical documents; The ability to implement customer requested changes.
  • Implement Clustering mechanism to reduce the administrative tasks.
  • Work on Client-Server architecture for one-to-one and one to many connections.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum 4-5+ years in LINUX v6.0, v7.0, v7.5 install, configure, and upgrade of linux systems and servers
  • Demonstrable experience in UNIX, Linux Server Support, designing, troubleshooting and storage implementation
  • Ability to articulate standard methodologies for during implementation
  • Experience on in container- based technologies like Docker, Kubernetes and Open-shift (Red Hats Open Source, Container-based, Platform-as-a-Service)
  • Experience in designing and implementing container orchestration systems with Docker.
  • Advanced skills in programming languages like Shell, python.
  • Chef Automation experience including writing cookbooks, customized recipes for test driven development environments and test kitchen.
  • Puppet Automation experience including Master, Agents, Manifests, Classes setup.Ansible Automation experience
  • Experienced in Configure and Supporting monitor tools like Splunk, Nagios, ELK
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Certifications: Relevant Certifications of iinux
  • Ability to ensure that all the data pertaining to the company and its clients is safeguarded against unauthorized or illegal use by implementing various methodologies against those who violate the security rules and regulations
  • Proficient to maintain the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the information and to maintain its authenticity, control and utility of the relevant data
  • Experience in supporting all the necessary procedures related to security approval, accreditation, certification, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge to implement a realistic approach during the certification schedule and process
  • Hands-on experience to ensure compliance with vulnerability and mitigation procedures and to establish and install security fixes at regular intervals
  • Languages: English, Hindi and Local Language TELUGU is preferred.
