What are you waiting for Learn more at #WeAreUKG Description This position will be based out of UKGs Noida office in India and will report to the Assoc. Manager - Financial reporting & Tech accounting who is also based out of UKGs Noida office in India. Further, this position will operate during 11:30am IST to 8:30pm IST. Supervisor Financial reporting would be responsible for supervising the audits for Intl Entities especially EMEA region. Reporting and Compliance . Strong understanding of General Ledger accounting in Oracle/D365 framework. . Ensuring strong relationship with the statutory auditors and the group auditors for the purpose of audit. . Review of Financial statements (including cash flow & BS ratios) for various Intl entities and highlight any major deviation/inconsistency. . Expert knowledge of US GAAP and Local STAT GAAP along with Strong accounting background and work experience . Arranging all the inputs required by auditors with the help of finance teams spread across various countries. . Collaborate with Corporate Teams & External consultants for preparation & filing of Company Financials & other compliances. . Help drive process improvement initiatives by applying strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. . Providing guidance to the finance team on technical accounting and conducting various knowledge sessions. . Participate in automation ideas & BOT implementation by suggesting efficient methodologies and collaborate with respective team for successful implementation. . Periodic updates to the senior management about the audit progress and challenges. . Ensure necessary measures and changes are incorporated to conclude earlier observations & avert future findings. . Finalization of statutory Audits and consolidation of financial statements. Qualifications Qualifications . Minimum 7 years of financial reporting experience in US GAAP general ledger accounting and IFRS. . Knowledge of Oracle ERP/D365, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must. . Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and IFRS. UK GAAP experience preferred. . ACCA, CA /MBA Finance handling EMEA region will be preferred. . Good communication skill & Team Handling experience . Strong people and customer service skills, advocate positive working relationships among internal and external customers . Tech Savvy & BOT knowledge and experience is plus . Prior experience working with a US multinational company would be a plus foundit
