Hiring for Sr Executive for Noida location Description Preparation of Tax Invoice, Voucher & STN in SAP . Preparation of GRN for receipts, issues materials in SAP. Preparation and arrange e-Waybill for supporting Documents. Maintain of stock registers of various items in warehouse inventory. Receiving of materials is duly supported by Consignment Note/LR, Packing List, Purchase Order, E-waybill etc. Physical verification, checking, stacking of materials, Nature via-avis space management. Making a MIS Reporting Store wise Transporter & Vendor follow-up as per required for dispatches Plan. Route planning and trying to maximum freight cost saving. Planning Vehicles according to plan and scheduling dispatch, as per requirement Ensuring timely movement & Tracking of goods movement on daily basis Managing payment updating of the vendor with coordinate with the Finance Dept. Maintaining necessary logistics document and MIS Report Daily sending store stock reports of our team management. Have to strictly follow the process set by management like FIFO.
