They will capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst field and internal teams, author and contribute to customer-facing publications, build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers, act as a technical liaison, participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, collaborate with business analysts, product. managers, and other development engineers, and adhere to the highest standards to ensure the security and reliability of applications.Candidate QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have 14-19 years of experience in the IT industry, with proficiency in web technologies such as SQL, JavaScript, JSON, REST API, HTML, XML, etc. They should have a passion for learning new technologies and mentoring/training the engineering community on complex technical issues. Additionally, they should have experience with full-stack SaaS development, API development in service and resource-oriented architectures, implementing continuous deployment/integration development methodologies, and strong understanding of high-availability architectures and business continuity.
