The ideal person for this position should have experience leading technical teams on UI implementation, creating mock-ups, creating responsive web apps, developing native apps for mobile, understand and develop applications using open source UI frameworks that help in improving usability UI experience(Angular 4/5 , ReactJS,VueJS etc.). Knowledge of relational database,SQL, stored procedures /triggers is plus.
The role will require:
Technically leading UI project lifecycle to delivery and beyond. Analysis of business requirements and specifications, designing, coding, testing and debugging UI components Strong working knowledge of web development best practice, design principles, caching and security considerations. Strong Database knowledge: Should be able to write SQL statements, debug application code etc. Must have Good communication skills Must have strong analytical and creative problem solving skills Should be growth oriented, confident and self-starter Duties accountabilities
Operational Support
Work with the Dev manager to meet development highest standards. Drive project delivery. Implement and unit test code based on user requirements Help / assist peers / other products with technical challenges and define the next level for the present technical solutions Work with global operation team in debugging and fixing any production incidents Drive thought leadership and organizational initiatives Technical
Middleware: Knowledge of Core Java/J2ee is a plus Frontend: Experience with Angular 2 or 5 / Object Oriented Javascript / JQuery, RxJS, Redux, HTML5 / CSS3, Bootstrap, XML / JSON/ Rest APIs is a must. Experience on creating UI projects from start including building reusable components and including development best practices is a plus. Experience with JavaScript Frameworks like BackboneJS / EmberJS / ExtJS is a plus. Knowledge of JS libraries like coffescript / livescript is a plus. Identifying performance issues caused by JavaScript across web browsers is a must. Knowledge of creating production ready builds using Grunt/Gulp/Webpack is a plus. Knowledge of CSS pre-processors like LESS/SASS is a plus. Understanding of SOA and/or REST is a must. Knowledge of the HTTP protocol and application layers is a plus. Experience on mobile web development is a plus. Experience with UX / Usability work streams and best practices as well as Responsive Design is a plus. Cloud hosting (AWS) and development is a plus Persistence: Hands-on development on SQL is a plus Desirable
