Job Description

Dear Candidate, We have urgent opening forASSISTANT MANAGER / Sr. EXECUTIVE / HR& ADMINEXP REQUIRED:- 08 TO 10 YEARCTC 3 to 4Lac / Per AnnumCandidate from Manufacturing Industry having expert knowledge of Payroll& MMC software.Note- Candidate from Defense background will be an advantage, no woman employee is required/ should have worked in NoidaQUALIFICATION :-BBA/BA/B.com/MBA IN HR OR PG DIPLOMA IN PERSONAL & IR

  • Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements
  • Managing the operations of payroll functions for the purpose of delivering services in conformance with established guidelines .
  • Handling salary negotiations and compensation administration in line with the industry standards and company policy .
  • Responsible for administrative functions like security front office housekeeping canteen management & company transportation.
  • Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the exiting level of competencies.
  • Conceptualizing training and development initiatives for improved productivity ,building capability and quality enhancement
  • Coordinating with :
  • Government official like P.F inspector ,ESIC inspector ,Labour inspector ,Factory office ,Pollution office ,Fire Noc etc.
  • Administering discipline and ensure proper adherence to procedure in cases ,disciplinary action Warning letter ,Charge Sheet ,Domestic enquiry etc.
  • Spearheading the activities of maintenance of assets & upkeep the company premises in good condition / timely renewal of service contract & also insurance of assets .f
  • Maintains healthy and cordial industrial relations in the organization .
  • Responsible for handling courts matters , attending labour office, coordinating domestic disciplinary enquiries .
  • Representing company on statuary matters.
  • Interfacing with management and heads of department for implementing HR policies & procedures in line with core organizational objective.
  • Implementing organizational development plans for enhancing operational effectiveness across the entire department.
