Support existing software application to cover incident management, Change management, request management, problem management and release management. Participates in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes Effectively communicates application and technical direction to the business and within the client s IT organization Advises on issues of systems integration, compatibility, scalability and multiple platforms General understanding of how technology decisions relate to business needs. Leads a team of developers and support personnel. Participate in client interactions to understand the requirements and resolve any issues. Must to have skills: Experience on AS400 machines with strong coding and debugging skills on RGP and CL programming language. Good communication to work with Onsite teams and customers. Willing to work in US shifts. Nice to have skills: ITIL certified Exp. working with ServiceNow.
