    Description:Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements., Job Responsibilities:You will be providing solution architecture and ensuring successful solution implementation for a variety of product and system initiatives. You will partner with teams and leads to ensure technical solution architecture and quality standards are adhered to throughout a project s implementation. to ensure the viability of the solution and successful delivery.Extreme Owner you take ownership of your solutions and commitments, own and steward your solutions from cradle to grave, lead and drive the highest standards of implementation through development teams to ensure desired outcomes.Self Starter you thrive on and have the ability to navigate through complex technical environments with minimal supervisionRelationship Builder you are adept at developing productive relationships within the architecture team/CoP and broader organization. Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills Occasional participation in a team s agile ceremonies as a subject matter expert and/or technical coach Guides development teams to make appropriate technical decisions. Designs solutions that focus on positive customer outcomes and impact Document system designs visually and in written form. Communicates clearly using excellent written and verbal communication skills Participates in code reviews and uses them as an opportunity to mentor. Interact with product management and engineering leadership to clarify requirements and provide feedback on technical issues. Interacts with the product design team for UI/UX discussions. Level up team members through mentoring
