Job Description

    Position : Senior Vice President Experience : Min. 10 yrs.Qualification : MBA (Mktg)Location : NoidaRole and Responsibilities :1. Promote and sell Cyfutures portfolio of cloud and IT services. 2. Identify prospective clients, present winning solutions for successful sales engagement and create a winning plan for the assigned clients.3. Strategizing cloud product launches and all aspects related thereto even from Branding & Marketing perspective.4. Making logical launch plans after thoughtful analysis of market gap and competition dynamics5. To be overall responsible for the Marketing & Sales efforts of all cloud products of the Company6. Handling Domestic and International Sales Team across country7. Research on National/International Market and explore business opportunities in National/International Market8. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets9. Handling complete sales cycle right from suspecting to Closure10. Reporting on sales activity and forecast to Cyfuture leadership team11. Ongoing coaching and development of sales, marketing, and branding teams12. Partner/Customer Management as the case may be, towards enhancing trust and reputation13. Achieve customer delight, positive references and case studies to support future sales.KEY SKILLS :- Business Development Planning : Develop a comprehensive business plan strategy to acquire brands in a time-bound manner.- Demand Side Business Development : Identify target clients National and International (SMEs, D2C brands and enterprises), make a value proposition convert them into customers.- Solution Designing : Create a financially viable solution for these target clients, either based on itemized or fixed fee basis model or percentage (of revenue) basis. This will require you to understand the clients existing supply chain, the growth opportunities and challenges in the existing supply chain.- Customer Management and sales : Managing the key customer relationships and developing sales through multiple channels. End-to-end cycle of sales management, including pipeline management, sales process. - Deal Closure : You are expected to engage with the client in multiple rounds of negotiation and drive the deal to closure. Maintaining the high conversation ration of deals closed/Client in the pipeline will be an important metric in your performance.- Technology Savvy : You will be expected to develop a detailed understanding of technology solutions offered by Cyfuture and pitch to prospective customers.- Strong know-how of Omni-Channel/multi-channel Fulfilment : The candidate should have a deep understanding of B2B channels as well as online and offline mediums to attract new prospects. - Team Building : The candidate should be able to build and lead a team of highly competent growth hackers to meet the sales target of the company.Desired Candidate Profile :- The ideal candidate should be energetic, creative and dynamic.- Sales experience in cloud enterprise products, Software, KPO in developing and developed markets- Minimum 10 years of cloud, software, BPO product marketing experience with a new business focus- Proven track record of success in similar enterprise software product company- Experience of strategizing digital marketing plans for enterprise software products- Experience in operating with small and expandable sales teams- Smart in judging customer experience and bringing out product/process improvements for ideation- Experience of working with Government /PSUPersonal Attributes :- A strategic thinker who is passionate about building global markets.- Holds an innovative approach to problem solving.- Excellent communicator.- Proactive working style with strong personal ownership.- Ability to multi-task under pressure- Capable of working independently with minimal supervisionWhat we can offer :1.
