We are looking for someone with strong understanding of the management, soft and peoples skills, excellent communication, leadership and planning skills.Job Roles. and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Perl applications integral to our ETL processes and business logic. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Handle large datasets, implementing processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Work closely with the data team to ensure data integrity and efficiency of data processing. Continuously identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. Optimize the performance of backend systems for speed and efficiency. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Provide technical support, including root cause analysis and remediation of production issues. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system software. Strong knowledge and working experience in cloud infrastructure like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Familiarity with front-end technologies (such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3) is a plus. Experience in healthcare IT and understanding of healthcare data standards (such as HL7, FHIR) preferred. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
