Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Product Development: Lead the design, prototyping, testing, and optimization of products to meet customer requirements and market demands.
    2. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with teams such as R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and quality assurance to ensure the product is developed on time and meets quality standards.
    3. Design for Manufacturability: Ensure that designs are optimized for efficient production, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
    4. Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to improve existing products through feedback from customers, performance data, and testing results.
    5. Project Leadership: Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, cost constraints, and quality metrics.
    6. Technical Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
    7. Vendor and Supplier Management: Work with suppliers to ensure the selection of high-quality materials and components that meet engineering standards.
    8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the product development process and create strategies for mitigation.
    9. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of design processes, changes, and results for reference and future development.
    10. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product progress, technical challenges, and project updates to stakeholders, including upper management and clients.
