The CO organization has a comprehensive global presence and is active in approximately 120 countries. Customer Operations is also responsible for project delivery, ensuring strong alignment between our customer-facing sales and delivery teams in each account.Job Description &requirements:Independently works within broad guidelines and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues. Works with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex problems and to contribute to process improvements. Transfers concepts for professional direction of own organisational unit into actionable measures. Provides working leadership and training to less experienced personnel. May lead small projects with limited risks and resource requirements.General Purpose: Supports ongoing reporting and analysis process and contributes to the development of new reporting initiatives.Main Responsibility Area: Should be able to generate meaningful analysis that can be presented to senior management on periodic basis.Should be detail-oriented with fair knowledge of business KPIs. Also required to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized, concise manner. They must be able to work independently and have the ability to interact with coworkers and management.Also, will be involved in interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based upon the research findings. To accomplish this task, he needs to works with the internal stakeholders to understand, define and document the overarching business object. Should be able to apply qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret the data and produce substantiated recommendations. Must have: Strong Pipeline and financial understanding MS Excel and ppt (Excel Pivots, Lookups, charts, Macros etc.) Good analytical Skills, Business Acumen and an eye to spot trends, patterns, deviations in data. Articulation and visualization of presentations to senior mgmt Must have hands on experience on Salesforce Einstein / Wave Analytics dashboard designing via JSON / SOQL code and designing data flows. Good understanding of Python and Tableau Knowledge and experience of Master data managementAdditional Requirements: Experience in handling and communicating with customers in global environment Work experience in formatting documents (MS Word, Excel, Ppt) Telecommunication working experiences will be an add-on Willingness to learn Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative Prior experience of having maintained/ developed MIS and Operation reports through Data Mining/Crunching in the past would be a strong plus.Experience: 5-10 yearsEducation: Graduate, MBAWorking with us, you will have a positive impact on people s lives and help to overcome some of the world s most pressing challenges.
