Job Description

    The ideal candidate who wishes to expand his or her career in Real Estate combined withsubstantial exposure of 3-4 years(minimum) into Residential and Commercial property types ispreferred.
    1. Candidates who have an experience in Real estate Sales and responsible for achieving overall targets and can manage a team of at least5 members.
    2. Maintaining and Developing Relationships with Existing Customers In Person And ViaTelephone Calls And Emails.
    3. Reviewing Your Own Sales Performance, Aiming To Meet Or Exceed Targets-Gaining A Clear understanding Of Customers Businesses And Requirements.
    4. Well versed in interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range andcultivating relations with them for securing repeat business;
    5. Effective And Positive Real Estate Negotiating Skills.
    6. Listening To Customer Requirements and Presenting Appropriately To Make A Sale.
    7. Target Achiever and responsible for accompanying clients for site visits.
    8. Coordinate with customers and close the deal on its own.
    9. Have deep knowledge of Real Estate Sector & changing marketing trends
    Total Experience : Minimum 3-4 YrsDesired candidates:
    • He/she must be graduate
    • He/she must have good communication skills
    • Own vehicle either two-wheeler or four-wheeler will be an added advantage.
