Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for representing clients in the purchase and sale of residential properties. Your primary objective will be to facilitate successful transactions and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. Your key objectives will be:
    1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists or databases. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to introduce our products or services and generate interest.
    2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding their needs, preferences, and purchasing intent. Gather relevant information and document lead details accurately in the CRM system for further follow-up.
    3. Product Promotion: Present product features, benefits, and promotional offers to prospects in a compelling manner. Highlight key selling points and address any questions or objections raised by potential customers.
    4. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or demonstrations for our sales representatives with qualified leads. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and maintain a steady flow of appointments.
    5. Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel. Provide additional information, address concerns, and overcome objections to encourage conversion.
    6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects, including call logs, notes, and follow-up actions. Update customer information and lead status in the CRM database to ensure data integrity.
    7. Performance Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality. Provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
    8. Lead Generation & Conversion: Telecommunicate the inventory with prospect clients and convert the leads into buyers through impressionable communication and persuasive persona.
