Responsible for achieving the maximum sales target assigned thus ensuring profitability of Initial Public Offering (IPO) & Mutual Fund business at SMC.2.The Superiors provide the clients with sound knowledge regarding the products of the company and convince them to opt for the most beneficial product.3.Provide information of new IPOs, Mutual funds, Insurance , Mutual Fund New Funds Offers (NFOs), Fixed Deposits to brokers.4.Responsible for acquisition of new brokers for growth of new business.5.Timely coordinate with broker & update current market scenario.6.Manage the distribution of new forms & collection of applications.7.Checking the correctness of applications before banking.8.Ensure no compliance issues.
