Report on sales activities to top management with a current and futuristic benchmark. Developing sales strategies and visualizing the set targets till accomplishment. Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting. Hardcore Sales Performer in Direct Sales in the assigned territory for generating sales. Markets go-getter and trend setter. Strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to organization culture. Cultivate meaningful connections with potential clients to create and expand business opportunities. Educate customers on available properties, ensuring a clear understanding of features and benefits. Uphold Bullmen Realtys brand by adhering to service standards and company policies. Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively initiate contact with leads provided by the company. Strengthen relationships with channel partners through both in-person and phone interactions. Reach out to prospective clients to identify and pursue new business prospects. Conduct thorough client meetings to analyze needs and preferences. Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Successfully close sales transactions and submit relevant documentation to sellers. Embrace and embody the companys core values and objectives. Provide regular sales activity reports to senior management, along with proactive sales strategies to achieve set targets. Potentially manage key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Monitor, compile, and analyze sales data for reporting purposes. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: 18,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month Benefits:
