Required a Senior Recruiter and Junior Recruiter for USA consultancy(Dyna Infotech) to work from Hyderabad office.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement overall recruiting strategyDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsSource and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etcScreen candidates resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teamAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processRequirementsProven work experience as a Recruiter (Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience) for senior recruiterExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent knowledge in US visa guide lines and different types of visasAbility to find suitable candidates based on the client requirement.Ability to scrutinize and select the right candidates for the client requirement.Ability to followup and keep in touch with the employee on the entire process of recruitment.Strong decision-making skillsCandidate should completed any form of degree.
