Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the team.Your qualificationsTechnical: Educational Background and Experience: BE/ B.Tech /MCA with 6 years of experience, particularly in React.JS and a strong understanding of Javascript Technologies and modern front-end technologies. Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and high coding standards in ReactJS projects. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ReactJS applications, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and objectives. Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable and maintainable front-end architectures, utilizing state management, component-based design, and performance optimization techniques. Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and security, while providing constructive feedback to developers.
