Job Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Transactional Quality audit
    • Evaluating process adherence & conducting calibration sessions
    • Conduct feedback sessions
    • Data analysis and solutions with the operations team.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of all quality-related reports and information
    • Monthly dashboard Preparation and review with relevant stakeholders
    • Understand and use the features & functions of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint which helps the user to perform complex calculations, perform data analysis and preparing the dashboards
    • Collect, gather, visualize, and analyze information in order to reach meaningful conclusions
    • Prioritize the needs, preferences, and satisfaction of the client or customer
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues that cannot be resolved at lower levels of the organization
    • Effectively convey information within the team and to stakeholders to ensure that the products or services meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with relevant regulations and standards
    DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
    • 1-2Years of Experience
    • Bachelors degree.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is mandatory)
    • Good Analytical skills
    • Proficient in Ms excel and powerpoint
