STAIVE has quality and safety Management systems accredited to ISO standards, viz, Quality Management Certificate; ISO 9001:2015, Safety Management Certificate; ISO 45001:2018.Key Experience:Thermal Insulation and Fireproofing worksExperience:15 - 20 Years of experience.Location:NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh (HO)Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Manager (Project) . The Manager will be responsible for overseeing project teams, developing project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed within scope and on time. The role will be located in Noida, with some flexibility for remote. work.Qualifications Minimum 15 years of experience of insulation / fireproofing project management (onsite/office) Strong project management, analytical, and program management skills Excellent communication and budgeting skills Experience managing large and complex insulation / fireproofing projects from initiation to completion Experience in the insulation and fireproofing or related industries is preferred Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldOther Requirements: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. This should include the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, present to senior management. Ability to travel occasionally to project sites.
