Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: Process Trainer for Outbound Call CenterPosition: Trainer/ Sr. TrainerThe main objective of the role is to prepare executives to perform their job effectively; this includes providing new hired staff with product, process company information and necessary skill set.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Train agents on product and process, as and when there are NHT batches.
  • Ensure that the trained staffs meet the minimum set competency skills at the end of the training program with in set time line.
  • Monitor contacts and find out areas of opportunity
  • Work closely with Ops and Quality team design action plans to plug areas of opportunity.
  • Evaluate/Analyze and identify training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Responsible for defined training conversion.
  • Managing retention during training.
  • Consistent alignment with operations by auditing calls, understanding needs, conducting refreshers
  • Demonstrating innovation in training by carrying floor requirement into classroom training.
  • Maintaining Data as per training Processes
  • Should be able to drive key performance metrics related to training
Required Profile:
  • Minimum 0.6 to 2 years of experience In BPO industry as Trainer
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
  • Good supervisory & people management skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office
