*.Should have experience in People Soft HCM Application Maintenance and Support Should have worked in 1 or more modules in People Soft HCM Should have understanding of Application Engine , Component Interface , Application Package Experience in Application designer tools, sql, People code is mandatory Knowledge in Integration Broker is preferred Experience of working directly with customers is preferred. Should be able to Analyze issues and identify root Cause. Should have an ability to work independently Should be ready to take challenges and resolve technical issues coordinating with Leads . Should be familiar with SDLC process and Release Management Process Should have experience in creating process related documentation required with issue fix or enhancements. Should possess good quality and process awareness ,and be able to ensure compliance .,
