Job Description

The candidate must be capable of interacting with clients and providing effective e-learning solutions. Must have in-depth knowledge about learning theories, digital techniques, implementation, frameworks, and evaluation methods.

  • Plan, delegate, guide, review, and track work of assigned team members
  • Demonstrate ability to work with a project plan and meet the delivery plan
  • Effectively manage the quality of the deliverables through reviews and understanding of client expectations and pattern of feedback
  • Wearing many hats by working on the Analysis and Design document, Approach Note, Storyboards (for high-end level 3/Gamification/Game-based learning), Reviewing other IDs work, looking at the final output (Course) to ensure it is aligned to the proposed solution.
  • Work collaboratively with other functions such as Project Managers and Media team members.
