Your role will be pivotal in identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and gathering valuable information to support our sales efforts.Key Responsibilities:
    • Outbound Lead Generation: Initiate calls to international prospects to introduce our services and identify potential leads.
    • Lead Qualification: Apply effective lead qualification techniques to assess the prospects interest and potential for conversion.
    • Process Adherence: Follow structured lead generation processes to ensure consistent and effective outreach.
    • CRM Management: Record call details, lead information, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
    • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets related to call volume and lead generation.
    • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on call outcomes, lead quality, and overall performance to the team leader.
    • Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to lead generation strategies based on feedback and performance analysis.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: Completed 12th grade or equivalent.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade international prospects effectively.
    • Experience: Experience in outbound calling or lead generation is beneficial but not required.
    • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
    • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with prospects, handle objections, and clearly communicate the value proposition.
