Should be Self-Motivated, Target Oriented & Meet the target given bymanagement on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basisJob DescriptionsResponsible for Increasing the GMV of sellers by monitoring the keymatrix, i.e., Pricing, New Catalogue, Order fulfilment, Inventory updates,etc. Understand the Process SOP carefully and implement the same in dailywork. i.e., Case Opening to Case Closing cycle. Coordinating with Client/Seller/ Sales team on day to day basis and work asa bridge between both of them. Coordinate with multiple sellers and completing the productlisting/Training/Order processing/Key account management. Regularly intimating Sellers for order processing, Inventory & Price update. Coordinating with Seller for all documentation & formalities that requiredby Clients. Perform high level of ethical work practice and resolving clients & Sellersquery. Coordinate with Interdepartmental staff for required approvals. Always be transparent and execute the instruction given by themanagement. Daily basis share MIS report to management with 100% accuracy.
