To support our expanding operations, we are looking for an enthusiastic International Calling Executive to join our team.As an International Calling Executive at Tribiz India, your primary focus will be on conducting outbound calls to international clients and prospects to generate leads and expand our business opportunities. You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and qualifying leads for further engagement.Key Responsibilities:
    • Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to international prospects to introduce our services and identify potential leads.
    • Lead Generation: Follow established lead generation processes to qualify prospects based on their interest and potential for conversion.
    • Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with international clients, addressing their needs and providing information about our services.
    • Data Entry: Accurately record call details, lead information, and outcomes in the CRM system.
    • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
    • Feedback Reporting: Provide regular updates and feedback on calling activities, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness to the team leader or manager.
    • Process Adherence: Follow the lead generation process strictly to ensure consistency and effectiveness in client outreach.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: Completed 12th grade or equivalent education.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
    • Experience: Previous experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
    • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
    • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with prospects, handle objections, and convey information clearly.
    • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to varying client needs and responses.
