Job Description

EbizON is looking for Inside Sales Manager with 8 years of experience to join our team in Noida office. The candidate should have experience of handling a inside sales or account management team.JOB DESCRIPTION:Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage the medium-small sized teams of Inside Sales Reps.
  • Managing the process of conversion of leads received from various marketing channels.
  • Generate revenue by developing, maintaining customer relationships and positioning our training programs.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
  • Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned geographies.
  • Hold monthly meaningful meetings with team members to discuss performance, coaching and feedback, training needs, and career discussions.
  • Monitor & drive team performance, including throughput and quality as per defined metrics.
  • Interact with peers and/or management levels with clients or internal stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications :
  • Total experience of more than 8 years in Inside sales and account management
  • Ability to handle the entire inside sales process end to end right from sourcing the data, reaching out to contacts, evincing interest in our services and enabling prospects to talk/meet with our on-site sales team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred.
