Are you in Come, and be where it begins.Our Exciting Opportunity :We are now looking for a 2nd Level Operations professional for Active Directory Team. This job role is responsible for 24X7 operations of Ericsson s Active Directory environment and to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels!You will:Support the following systems and functions:

  • 24X7 Operations support.
  • Problem Management.
  • Incident management.
  • Vendor Management.
To be successful in the role you must have:
  • Sound knowledge of AD replication, all concepts and troubleshooting on critical issues.
  • Hands-on experience on windows boxes patching through WSUS/SCCM or other patching tools.
  • Good understanding of MS patches (Security/Critical/Monthly Rollups) and their severity.
  • Sound knowledge on Vulnerabilities Management. Good understanding of the multiple vulnerabilities from security point of view and disabling it with GPO in a Prod Environment. Categorization of the vulnerabilities of legacy protocols like SSL/TLS and fixing them and also fixing the vulnerabilities for RC4, DES, 3DES, SSL, TLS, Diffie-Hellman etc.
  • Thorough understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals (DNS, FTP, SSH), general networking technologies, network architecture and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding on Kerberos authentication.
  • DHCP and DNS concepts.
  • Trouble shooting issues in production environment.
  • Good understanding of SPNs.
  • Sound understanding of virtualization through Hyper-V/Hyper-Converged solution running on VMWare platform.
  • Knowledge and hands on experience on Azure Log Analytics, Azure Threat Protection, Cloud App Security.
  • Demonstrated experience with High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Service Continuity process and planning.
  • Good communication skills and a teammate.
  • Experience with Windows/Active Directory Administration.
  • Trouble shooting complex issues in large production environments.
  • Experience in Azure AD Connect administration and operational activities.
  • Windows Server Administration, OS installation, using and building Golden Images.
  • Hands on experience in running HP/Dell Physical servers via ILO, DRAC etc.
Key Qualifications:Education: Graduate in Computer Science or similar (Regular).Minimum years of relevant experience: 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure management of large corporates with sound knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, GPOs, Azure, Windows, Virtualization platforms.What s in it for you Here at Ericsson, our culture is built on over a century of courageous decisions.
