Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our companys recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs. HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes.Responsibility

  • Work on IT recruitments: Source, screen, and coordinate interviews.
  • Address employee queries.
  • Arrange employee engagement activities.
  • Assist the HR manager in the payroll process.
  • Handle admin related activities.
  • Reviewing resumes and applications
  • Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
  • Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
  • Training new or existing employees
  • Firing staff
  • Communicating and explaining the organizations HR policies to the employees
  • Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus, etc
  • Preparation of salary statement
  • Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills required. Good presentational and organizational skills.
Job LocationOffice in Noida Sector 63 (Nearby Noida Electronic City Metro Station).
