Job Description

    Overall objective of the role:
    • The objective of this role is to conceptualize, formulate, plan and facilitate execution of the organizations Marketing strategies, plans and programs to achieve the organizations Sales & financial and customer targets.
    • Team Management, P&L management and Product Management,
    • Strategic Marketing, Business Development and Sales
    • Growth and Expansion in existing and new geography
    Responsibilities:
    • Developing and aligning Strategic marketing and Sales Achievement plans for business.
    • Defining the Sales & Marketing execution strategy.
    • Understanding and assessing market potential for key untapped markets
    • Involved in scouting of new hospitals for growth and expansion and develop new geography
    • Developing and executing sales plans and programs to ensure profit growth and expansion of the brand within designated budgets
    • Designing the brand activities and promotional material to achieve marketing goals
    • Driving market intelligence and brand awareness
    • Plan and execute various activities as per Marketing plans.
    • To guide and drive Team of executives to acquire corporate tie ups, and generate business.
    • Identifying the right Doctors and facilitate their hospital empanelment
    • Ensuring the hospital revenue & Gross Margin is achieved.
    • Ensuring speciality wise and vertical wise revenue budgets achievement
    • Plan & drive activities as per assigned budgets/targets
    • Managing the Digital Marketing team along to ensure digital marketing initiatives are met
    • Manage the entire gamut of sales & marketing
    • Planning and overseeing new initiatives.
    • Developing goals for the business development team and ensure business growth
    • Collecting market intelligence on customer expectations and competitor analysis
    • Developing and implementing branding initiatives in order to build relationships.
    • Enhancing customer satisfaction and building brand connect
    • Benchmarking against best-in-class parameters to develop and align Sales & marketing processes.
    • Providing brand consultancy to internal business units to ensure effective deployment of marketing plans
    • Developing and managing the brand tools and guidelines used by business units and their functions
