  1. Greets guest and processes Center registration.
  2. Develop good open communication and rapport with all guests.
  3. Client Handling, maintain records (Vendor management)
  4. Ensure all guest account details are correct and accurate.
  5. Creating a focus on attracting new business.
  6. Responding and Conversion of leads into potential accounts
  7. Keeps current on center accommodations, services and area attractions.
  8. Responds to customer inquiries for information.
  9. When walk in clients, you need to convince them for taking more treatments and packages
  10. Arranges for services requested by the guest by working with other departments as appropriate.
  11. Recognize return guests and ensure all guests expectations are met and exceeded at all times.
  12. Stays current with developments in the center by reviewing and updating the communication log.
  13. Handles customer complaints, refers to Center Manager wherever necessary.
