With you, we share your vision and create a path for your business to not just succeed but also to surpass any goals that you have set.The Job :xc2xa0Your Responsibilities will include : - Building strong client relationships by providing customers with ongoing support and regular sharing of best practices, insights, and product knowledge.- Partnering with the sales team to ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully.- Identifying opportunities across the customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.- Ensuring a high level of customer renewals.- Building strong product expertise and providing training & ongoing support as required.- Providing feedback and advocacy on customer pain-points to internal teams.- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions.- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.Ideal Candidate :xc2xa0Skills Required : - You have experience in selling mobile app and website solutions to clients and companies in North America.- You have a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst managing small and large enterprise accounts.- You can build strong relationships at multiple levels and roles of both prospect/customer organizations, including level and internally across the business.- Experience in value selling: developing a roadmap, business case, and ROI together with the customer.- Ability to articulate the value of the digital solutions to prospects and customers and to leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunity.- The hands-on mentality to deliver business; always looking for creative ways to get things done or to tap into new market opportunities.- You are a self-starter and persistent with a high energy level.- You have a high level of integrity with an eye for detail.- 2-4 years of sales experience in an IT-related consultative sales role.- Experience in selling software and services solutions- A degree in a relevant field.- Fluent in English (verbal and written) and other languages is a plus in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region. - You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Development/Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the IT Software industry.- Experience within Multi-country Sales would be a strong advantage.- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments- You are a strong networker & relationship builde (ref:updazz.com) updazz .com
