    Indias Number 1 News Network, Republic Media Network is looking for highly organized and proactive individuals to join our team as Executive Assistants to Top Management Executives.Experience Required: 3 - 8 years.Preferred - Female candidates.Experience in EA throughout and not a mix of Admin or HR experience or any other experience.No Media background is preferred.Role: Executive Assistant to Top Management ExecutiveYou will be responsible for efficiently planning, creating, and managing schedules on behalf of the Top Executives office. You will work closely with the top management, and internal stakeholders, ensuring the smooth coordination of meetings, conferences, and other engagements. Maintaining confidentiality is crucial in this position as you will handle sensitive files and contact information.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and conferences for the Top Management Executives office, maintaining an organized. calendar with attention to detail. Arrange and handle travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally, including visa arrangements, ticket bookings, cab arrangements, and hotel bookings. Efficiently manage phone calls, routine emails, and correspondence with vendors and clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Contribute to ad hoc administrative projects, ensuring timely completion with meticulous attention to detail. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks within the Top Management Executives office, providing support and maintaining a well-organized work environment.Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives or Business Heads. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professionalism in all interactions. Proficiency in calendar management and experience coordinating complex schedules. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Proficiency in handling travel arrangements, including visa procedures, ticket bookings, and hotel reservations. Familiarity with financial tasks, such as expense tracking and basic tax related matters.Joining: We are expecting an onboard for this role within 30 days,
