Position OverviewReplicon, the Time Intelligence Company, has a comprehensive suite of products,powered by the Time Intelligence Platform, to manage enterprise time, projects,people, costs, gross pay && profits. We are seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer,who will enhance pre-sales initiatives and act as a primary technical resource for theGlobal Enterprise Sales team.This role supports new revenue and customer growth.The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively driving and managing thetechnology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with theEnterprise Sales team as a key technical advisor and product advocate.Responsibilities: Design and deliver compelling product presentations that match specificbusiness requirements from prospective enterprise clients Drive revenue and create sales opportunities by managing the pre-salestechnical process and evangelizing Replicons technology to existing andprospective customers, and to drive new product and service offerings inCustomer adoption. Partner with Enterprise Sales Executives to educate prospective customersabout the superiority of Replicons services - this includes presentations,technical evaluations, technical objection handling, proposals, and follow upon all customer related issues Engage in and oversee the development of customer proposals, design anddelivery, ensuring all expertise, information and recommendations areconcisely defined Work closely with Product Management and associated teams to developfuture product direction and strategy - providing valuable input from the field Assist in the development of the Proof of Concept, continuing to providesupport to the prospect in their product evaluation until the deal is won.Qualifications: 8 to 15 years of experience in technical sales, Pre-Sales/ SolutionEngineering Preference will be given to those with experience in HCM/PSA/WFM domainand/or SaaS delivery model Proven record of Pre-Sales / Solution Sales success in the enterprise space Experience selling into global markets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with an ERP or any Enterprise software Application would be amajor plusWilling to work in theNorth American shift timings
