Enterprise IT Agility ArchitectEnterprise IT Agility (DevOps and Observability) Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the DevOps pipeline, practices, and observability solutions that ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of the software systems.Location - Pune/Noida, IndiaRelevant Experience 15 yearsDesignation Sr. Solution Architect / Lead ArchitectExpectationsPlay a critical role in driving automation, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and monitoring capabilities to enhance the development and operations processes.Lead and execute designing, defining, and prototyping the end-to-end unified observability system leveraging NewRelic, Splunk and Grafana StackDefine build, implementation, and deployment strategies for the DevOps and observability projects. Marketing of technology & domain solutions / service offerings to internal/external stakeholders Manage business relationship with the. technology partners & start-up eco systems and demonstrate edge over competition.Passionate about technology and customer success with excellent communication and articulation skillsCreate architectural and technical design documents and customer presentations.Act as the design authority and single point of contact for the customer on all the technical topics of the projectWork closely with the technical implementation team to ensure the all the objectives of the deployed solutions meet the customer requirements.Build initial prototypes of the observability solution and lead the demo sessions with the customer teams.Ensure the solution meets the compliance, security, reliability, recoverability, and other key requirements of the customer.Behavior CompetenciesExcellent Communication and Presentation SkillsPeople ManagementConflict ResolutionSolutioningCustomer ServiceAccountabilityJudgement and decision makingTechnical SkillsAt least 3-5 years of experience in GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps and other similar CI/CD platforms such as GitHubExtensive experience in assessing DevSecOps maturity state for application portfolio with ability to define maturity improvement roadmap.Extensive experience in defining and implementing DevSecOps strategy for customers.Experience of ideating, designing, and implementing DevOps solutionsExperience of Terraform or Ansible for infra build and configuration.Experience of cloud platforms such as AWS or AzureDeep expertise in Time Series Databases configurations and implementation on AWS cloudExperience of 3 or more large scale observability projects as architect in designing, implementation, and cloud deployment of observability on containerized (Azure AKS or AWS EKS) applications using NewRelic, Splunk and Grafana Stack or open source Grafana and Prometheus products/toolsDeep expertise in designing and implementing of end-to-end distributed tracing using several Daemonsets/agents and telemetry gathering patterns.Expertise with application logs collection and aggregation using Prom tail and Grafana LokiHands-on experience with PromQL and Prometheus alerting applications.Expertise in AWS cloud environments & Microservices application design patterns3 years in a Monitoring & Observability automation using NewRelic, Splunk and Grafana Stack including Prometheus based alerting.Expertise in designing, writing, and implementing time-series databases for logs, events, metrics, and traces being emitted by Kubernetes containers.Hands on experience of implementing open-source Observability stack e.g., Open Telemetry, Jaeger, zipkinDeep expertise in observability tools such as Splunk, NewRelic, AWS CloudWatch, AWS OpenSearch, and ELK etc.Distinguished skills in setting up observability on microservices based containerized applications deployed on AWS cloud.Experience implementing NewRelic, Splunk and Grafana Stack dashboards and alerts for Microservices ApplicationsDeep experiential knowledge on API spans and performance monitoring metricsStrong experience in NewRelic,Splunk and Grafana Stack both for open source and closed source distributions of the Grafana and Prometheus stacksSkilled and hands-on in NewRelic, Splunk and Grafana Stack distribution of OpenTelemtry and OpenTracing componentsHands-on Expertise in Go,Java, jsonnet ,Helm and Helmchart YAML,Spring Boot, REST APIs,Containers like Docker and Kubernetes (especially EKS)Demonstrated ability to create and present executive level briefings & technical demos.Good to have knowledge of AWS distribution of OpenSerach, Grafana and Prometheus services (AMG and AMP,
