Designing of slow speed rotating equipments.Preparing GA drawing, sub assembly drawings, equipment calculations of the order as per clients requirement for approval before manufacturing.Handling calculations based design output for motors, brake, coupling, rope drum, sheaves, wire rope, gears, wheel, axel etc.Clarifier, coglators, mechanical screens.Designing of SPM, Bucket elevator, Conveyors & case packer machine.Designing of change parts for all machine & conveyors.Designing of chute foe cap and designing of gears, chain drive & belt drive.Selection of gear box, moto, hydraulic & pneumatic cylinder. Design of pully & shaft.Preparation of general arrangements & layput drawings. preparation of P&ID drawings.Preparation of assembly drawings, Bill of material & Machine Coasting.Prepration of Drawings & Detailed Engineering.Preparing the AUTO CAD, Solid works based design of final engineered products.Responsible for rotor dynamics & analysing the criticalfrequencies in the rotor for optimum design.Resposible for designing the base frames to mount the motor and the application.Handlimg structure design of E.O.T crane parts eg. Grider, Crab, end carriage,
