Summary Responsible for managing P&L responsibilities for multiple clients Responsible for Contributing towards growth and Profitability by setting up of new programs, transforming processes, optimizing billing models, delivery and management of technology products and solutions. Demonstrated expertise in development and implementation of strategic plans in line with organizational objectivesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The Following. Leading P&L responsibility and delivery Plays an active role in managing project goals and driving teams to achieve customers business outcomes by managing issues, risks, decisions, and action items Plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. This includes developing and managing project governance plans, project schedules, team goals, defining success criteria, project milestones, and budgets Collaborate with operation managers, training and support teams to seek to. understand our customers needs, their business, how success is defined, and ensure that the process is exceeding expectations in delivery and developing valued solutions. Determines operational requirements and assists with development and implementation to meet the business requirements. Provides departmental performance and utilization data to analyze departmental operations. Ability to take ownership, work under pressure and meet deadlines on time. Ability to challenge, recommend and redirect teams as well as manage client expectations during the engagement. Takes proactive steps to ensure teams meet or exceed customer expectation Assists with developing and implementing yearly departmental goals and objectives. Results-oriented, prioritizes work activities, plans and stays organized in order to meet commitments. Prepares and presents business delivery reports when required. Guides the supervisors and employees in the interpretation of departmental and company policies and procedures Represents the company to promote its value statement in meetings with potential clients.
