    Company DescriptionJob Title: Delivery Manager / Recruitment Manager - US Healthcare RecruitmentLocation: Noida on-siteCompany: Raps ConsultingTime - EST Shift (US Time)Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract healthcare professionals including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff. Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, provide updates on recruitment progress, and ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with client expectations.. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure high performance and productivity. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Oversee the sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates to ensure they meet client requirements and possess the necessary qualifications and certifications. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to recruitment and hiring processes. Maintain accurate documentation and records of recruitment activities. Performance Metrics: Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement initiatives to optimize recruitment processes and enhance efficiency. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, client stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven 5-12 years experience in healthcare recruitment, with a deep understanding of the US healthcare industry and its specific staffing challenges. Candidates having VMS experience like- HWL, Careerstaff, Medefis is preferred. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and client needs. Knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment and staffing.
