As a Data Migration Specialist for Kronos Workforce Ready (WFR), you operate as a subject matter expert for data extraction, standardization, conversion and importation of client data from 3rd party software solutions into WFR. You will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to build our best practice data conversion models. You will employ logical and creative problem-solving skills to accurately convert and import data in an efficient manner. You will work directly with WFR Professional Services and Services Enablement to ensure that we are creating best-in-class solutions to solve our customers complex data challenges. Work closely with internal teams, partners and customers to identify and define data conversion requirements Develop and implement standardized data conversion models using the Datawatch Monarch software platform Import data into WFR, document errors for consultants to review and provide clear updates on completion Review submitted 3rd party data files for completeness and conversion feasibility Validate, test and maintain all developed data conversion models to ensure successful upload of data from 3rd party provider to Workforce Ready Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills with internal and external customers, providing timely, detailed responses and follow-ups to drive project completion forward Experience with data conversion, de-duplication and cleansing tools At least one year working with databases or on complex data related projects preferred Ability to quickly learn and gain expertise with the Datawatch Monarch platform Detail oriented approach to troubleshooting, identifying and resolving import errors Demonstrated understanding of relational database concepts Competent in scripting languages with the ability to effectively troubleshoot Familiarity with payroll, tax, andor benefits regulations preferred Advanced level Excel and Microsoft Office skills preferred
