Job Description

    Quess is currently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client, Accenture, for a position based in Noida. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.Position Title: Customer Support Executive - Voice ProcessLocation: Noida, IndiaShift: Night shiftCTC: Up to 4.8 LPAKey Responsibilities:
    • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Issue Resolution: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools to resolve customer issues.
    • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
    • Problem-Solving: Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction, handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Documentation: Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
    • Feedback: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies; take the extra mile to engage customers and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure comprehensive customer support.
    • Quality Assurance: Adhere to and meet quality standards set by the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
    Requirements:
    • Education: a bachelors degree is preferred.
    • Experience: Proven customer support experience of 1- 2 year as a client service representative.
    • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
    • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
