We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!As a Search Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of search campaigns and contributing to profitable relationships with large brand advertisers, agencies and other companies that utilize our media buying platform. As you become an Adcloud expert you will be proficient in planning, launching, optimizing, troubleshooting and analyzing search advertising campaigns in the platform. This knowledge will be used to support our internal client teams in building successful relationships with the leading brands and advertisers of the world. While client relationship skills are a plus, please note that this is not a sales role.Cool stuff youll get to do:Ensure operational excellence across all clientsLead client-facing and internal troubleshooting effortsManaging search campaign calendar, trafficking assets and client approval processExecuting day to day production tasks across search clientsAnalyze performance metrics and proactively assist with campaign performance enhancementsIdentify trends in data to drive optimization strategiesWork with Senior Account Managers on strategic growth strategies and implementation process across the businessIdentify quality-improving and feature enhancement opportunitiesWhat youll need to get started:A sound understanding of the digital advertising market, preferably with a working knowledge of the Programmatic space. Youll have a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships., coupled with exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.Required SkillsSEM Expertise:7-10 years of SEM experience in brand or agencys digital marketing teamHands on expertise in managing high value campaigns across Google & Bings advertising platformsExcellent MS Office skills to create reports, dashboard & PPTsStrong hold on Marketing fundamentals to help client drive maximum out of their digital Ad spendsFinancial Management:Control client spend vs. monthly budget/performance goalsFollow daily performance checks for all clientsAbility to flag and control under/over achievement of client goals in a timely fashionCommercial/Business awarenessRenewal & Retention Leadership skillsClient Management:Good prioritization of workload, ensuring that all commitments are metAbility to form understanding of client business goals and marketing strategyOther key aspects:Ability to learn quickly, be a great teammate, and lead change effectively.Experience making pitches in front of groups.Bachelors degree or equivalent work experienceSpecial consideration given forPrevious experience working with Adobe Media Optimizer or similar tools.Certification on Adobe Analytics or Adobe Audience Manager.Knowledge of Pixel tracking, cookie management, JavaScripts for reporting automationsDatabase and BI related experience.Deep vertical proven experience (e.g., Retail, media, financial services, high tech, etc).A degree in a business/marketing related and/or analytical subject area such as marketing, commerce, business, economics, engineering, etc.At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists.
