- Candidate should have around 10+ years of experience in Mainframe Development project (Not to consider PROD support or Maintenance work).- Should have managed team of 7-9 team members for task allocation, monitoring and supporting them- Should be able to prepare reports for project monitoring and tracking purpose- Should be willing to work technically, solution building for IBM Mainframes- Should have good soft skills and leadership qualities- Should have strong skills in CICS, COBOL, DB2 and JCL.
