Salary : NO BAR FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE Preferred Industry Automobile component manufacturing/ Engineering/Plastic Injection Moulding Job Profile: Ensure accuracy and timely closure of books of accounts. Prepare balance sheet and P&L on monthly basis. Get the financials audited by the statutory auditor by 30th April as per IndAS for the previous financial year. Ensure timely closure of tax audits Review & follow-up for timely collection and manage cash flow as per plan. Manage DSO as per target and prudently invest surplus cash. Ensure timely payment of statutory liabilities to avoid any penalty. Monitor budget vs actual performance. Carry out variance analysis and take action for improvement. Analise data & reports from various sources and provide actionable insights and suggestions. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing data. To exercise Material Control, Labour Cost computation & control, Overhead control, Break even analysis & Budgetary control. Responsible to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various Weekly/ Monthly MIS reports. Proactively interact with multiple internal/external stakeholders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for preparation of performance reports. Periodical review and costing of manufactured articles as per guidelines. Costing of new products and Standard Cost calculation as per accounting norms. Ratio analysis and Cost-benefit analysis for any new project/capex. Cost center wise P&L preparation and expenses monitoring. Conduct physical verification of Inventory and ensure valuation as per accounting norms. Identify weak areas of operation and implement system for improvement. SKU level Gross Margin analysis. General Ledger review and scrutiny on monthly basis. Commercial support to Sales and Operations team during business finalisation and in day to day matters related to finance. Responsible for all statutory compliances related to Finance. Ensure compliance to all import/export related activities. Prepare documents for getting loans from banks and compliances monitoring.Liasioning with various agencies including Government bodies like GST department, Authority etc Oversee IT function of the company and ensure IT audit compliance. ERP implementation and continuous improvement to ensure productivity improvement. Manage capex and fixed assets of the company
