The company offers telecom infrastructure solutions comprising hardware and software products as well as services, which are an integral part of the customers’ business ecosystem.We are seeking to identify a Chatbot Solution Specialist.Key responsibilities for this role include: -• Design & develop production quality, large-scale applications related to chatbots and conversational AI on top of the leading platforms such as IBM Watson, MS Azure LUIS, Amazon Lex etc.• Develop conversational flows for chatbots, write and execute test scripts to test conversational flow• Maintain and enhance chatbot application to support multiple Bot implementations on the same• Implement chatbot conversational flows, intents, platform configurations and best practices• Create & demonstrate prototypes on different conversational AI platforms for specific business problems• Establish and promote implementation guidelines, best practices and standardsCandidate Profile: -• 7- 10 years of experience.• Must have at least 3 years of work experience in building AI powered chatbot / digital assistant applications using the likes of IBM Watson, Microsoft LUIS, Amazon Lex, Google DialogFlow cognitive services or NLP technologies• Experience with any one of the languages (Node.js, Python or Java)• Hands on experience in IBM cloud is preferred.
