Responsibilities:1. End to End Campaign Management process - from Media plan & traffic discussion, to execution, reporting & final delivery2. Fix Segment & Targeting pipeline suited to each of the categories & campaign goals (CPM/CPC/CPI etc) so as to reduce the time to take a campaign live, optimize a campaign with existing pre-tested levers3. Testing, soft launch , full roll out and implementation of new features & functions on Ad Manager.4. Coordination on Invoicing team to ensure smooth closure of business5. Working on third party platforms with Paytm traffic data to run Display & Video campaignsSkill set:1. Understanding and familiarity of tools in digital ecosystem (DSPS, DMPS, Ad servers etc.)2. Knowledge in troubleshooting issues related to creative tag setup, delivery, discrepancies in publisher/advertiser reports3. Experience in ad trafficking processes Delivery & Optimization of CPM, CPC, CPA campaigns4. 6+ years of experience in digital ad operations5. Moderate understanding of HTML & JavaScriptNon-Technical skills:1. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail2. Highly self-motivated with strong sense of urgency and demonstrated initiative3. High energy, result-oriented and team playerGood to have experience with following tools:1. Ad manager plus, Double click bid manager, Analytics 360, Ad exchange2. Double verify, IAS, CELTRA3.
