Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for collecting, organizing and reporting the data collected from the Project teams and Service Recipients. The person will be responsible for proactively raising the risks and issues based on the data supplied on the projects deliveries on the weekly basis. The person should be able to interpret large volumes of data and communicate findings in a clear and engaging way to the stakeholders. The successful candidate will need to be proactive and able to think creatively where there is not an established way of doing things.Key tasks

  • Work with the business to produce performance dashboards
  • Process and analyze large datasets to produce clear findings and recommendations.
  • Responsible for developing KPIs within the business for the purpose of identifying trends, evaluating the success of the business s initiatives, develops models and ad hoc reports, sharing observations and recommendations with business.
  • Communicate analysis to stakeholders across the business
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to guide the development of our data infrastructure
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to add value to the business.
  • He also mines the business s database in search of critical business insights and communicates his findings to the relevant departments.
  • He additionally identifies and communicates risks and issues in products, enabling continuous improvement in data quality, and overall business performance.

Candidate Profile Qualifications
  • Excellent academic record, in a quantitative subject or accompanied with work experience in a quantitative role.
  • At least 6 -8 years in a data analyst position for Software Delivery teams, preferably working in a fast-paced and dynamic business setting.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification (desirable)
  • Skills/knowledge
  • Strong in Excel, Smartsheets, Google sheets
  • Have experience in depicting trends by using Graphs, charts
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau, or any similar tools.
  • Demonstrate skills in SQL server reporting services, analysis services, Tableau, or any other data visualization tools.
  • Clear writing and verbal presentation skills, and the ability to articulate conclusions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Skilled in statistical and econometric modeling, performing quantitative analysis, and technological data mining and analysis techniques.
  • Strong Communication skills a must have and this is both in written and verbal form
Experience
  • Experience of analyzing data and drawing and presenting conclusions
  • Experience working in report creation, modeling, and trend forecasting
  • Evidence of working directly with different functions within an organisation
  • Prior work experience in education(desirable).
  • Experience and knowledge in Agile methodology.
