Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders in GBTS and our internal customers to define the engagement process for Content Services projects.
Ensure that all new projects are setup for success by following the defined engagement process.
Ensure that all new projects are correctly providing management information and reporting through mandated tools and dashboards.
Review monthly reports from service providers for accuracy, identify material deficiencies in reporting.
Monitor the programme to proactively identify risk and issues requiring mitigation
Monitor the programme to identify best practices that can be more widely adopted.
Work with teams to monitor process compliance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Participate in Delivery escalations and RCA process to derive improvement opportunities, and see these through to completion.
Experience working in a large content delivery organisation (2000 people), with a global delivery footprint and large scale use of third parties.
Familiarity with print and digital content production
Comprehensive understanding of the content development workflows
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, able to engage at the practitioner, manager and executive level.
Ability to take initiative, think creatively and develop innovative approaches and solutions.
Ability to drive the open action items to the closure with liaison with various stakeholders involved.
Flexibility to lead/join the stakeholders call in the IST evenings is required.
Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with delivery teams, project and portfolio managers , functional leads and executives
Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets and Jira will be required
Advance skills on MS Excel and Google sheet is a must
Knowledge on continuous improvement and its methodology would be an added advantage
