Urgent Hiring for Business Systems AnalystLocation: Gurgaon, IndiaTravelling Job locations : USA, Canada, Mexico, Hong Kong, China, Philippines, Japan, InidaKnowledge of ERP software solutions, Sage X3 and Crystal reporting preferred5 to 10 yrs. Exp as a business systems analyst or ERP administratorJob Responsibilities : 1. Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define existing business processes, requirements, and systems goals. 2. Performs analysis on which business processes should be improved and identify the processes that can be automated. 3. Create/outline the objectives, an implementation strategy, and timeline by which these improvements can be achieved. 4. Facilitate discussions among business owners. 5. Analyze and review software capabilities. 6. Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements 7. Pre-test the database by practicing in the TEST database to confirm all information is accurate and working correctly. 8. Ensure that the actual test mirrors the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) outlined and determine whether modifications need to be made. 9. Design and document new programs as well as enhancements, modifications, and corrections to existing software. 10. Fix integration errors between the applications 11. Performs general administration of the ERP system after implementation 12. Write reports and support executive management to set up dashboards, etc. 13. Work with IT to apply patches or any updates required 14. Develop reports and forms thru the Crystal reporting and Sage SEI systems 15. Develop role-based training documents and execute training to end users. 16.
